We came up on Thursday July 10, 2014 and made pretty decent time. Our trip to Salt Lake definitely went a lot smoother than our trip to Pheonix. I sat in the back with Little Jo and she slept better and had some entertainment on the way up. We only made two stops. She even had Khloe to cuddle with part of the way up.
We had so much fun on our trip. I have been wanting to go to City Creek for a while and we actually made it up there this time. We went with my Mom and Jessie met us up there after work. My Mom even took us over to Trader Joe's and we got some nutella cookie dough spread and some dried mangos (best dried mangos ever).
Jocelyn's favorite store was the Disney store. She loved looking at everything.
Grandma Betty even bought her a little Pooh Bear. She LOVED it!
On Friday we went to a BBQ at Tom and Lavaun's house and were able to see a lot of Family. On Saturday we went to Ben's ten year High school reunion and then the Deus Family Reunion after that. Jocelyn was able to meet so many people and Ben and I had a great time catching up with everyone. We brought our camera to each of these events and just like us we forgot to pull it out to take pictures.
So, in a last effort to get at least some pictures of our trip we made Ben's family take a picture with Jo at around ten o'clock at night on our last night there.
Then Jo and I caught my Dad on his way to work the morning we left.
Grandma Betty was not ready that morning. But luckily I had taken a few pictures of her giving Little Jo a bath.
Jocelyn had a lot of fun visiting everyone...but it sure tuckered her out.
