Baby Food for the Bridgster

Bridget started solid food about two weeks before her six month birthday. She has been looking forward to eating for months. I got around to making some baby food finally after Christmas break. Since she was sitting up well, and so interested in food I decided to give it to her a little before her six month birthday.
Her first food was avocado...she was not a fan! She would make this noise in her throat like it was the most disgusting thing ever. Her second food was butternut squash and as you can tell from the picture she liked it much better.
She has now tried oatmeal, apples, peaches, and sweet potatoes; all of which she loves.
We also bought her a booster chair that just arrived in the mail. She enjoys being able to just sit at the table and eat with us. We have been giving her the little puffs for her to practice getting food into her mouth and she has surprisingly actually got a few in all by herself.
This baby girl is just growing up too fast!
