The River Walk

One of my favorite places to visit was the River Walk. We were able to eat here three nights out of the week. The food was delicious, and  of course the company was exceptional! The atmosphere is great and I loved hearing the live music. 

 This first restaurant we ate at was actually the first restaurant that opened on the river walk, Casa Rio. The river was considered ugly and no one wanted to open up a business there. This restaurant took the risk and now people from all over the world visit Texas and come to the River Walk for its fine dining and fun atmosphere.

Ben and I took a boat tour of the River Walk. 

Ben is standing next to an ornamental bridge made in Europe, there are eight or ten of them left in the world 

 and five of them are in San Antonio.
