Bryce Canyon National Park

Ben's Dad and sister, Jessie, had a four day weekend in October and decided to go camping at Bryce Canyon National Park. We were able to come up Friday night after Ben got off work. It was a nice compromise...almost meeting them in the middle.
Ben and I had attempted to plan a camping trip this last summer to Bryce...but our air conditioning broke that weekend and we were unable to make the trip. It was nice that someone else decided to go because it helped us get there and it definitely did not disappoint.

Gorgeous scenery...
Ideal temperature...
Nice company...
and a beautiful baby girl! It couldn't have been a more perfect day.
We spent the first half of Saturday driving around and checking out the viewpoints. It was breathtaking. I even found my Christmas tree for this year. Unfortunately Ben declined the opportunity to go on an adventurous climb to retrieve it for me...can you see it in the picture above? No...let me zoom in on it for you...
There is it...that is not too much to ask right?! I am glad you agree with me.

Jocelyn spent the first part of the morning taking a nice long nap while we checked out a few of the views.
She woke up so happy and ready to check everything out!
Her Daddy even let her sit right on the railing to get the best view.
 Daddys are so much fun!
Jocelyn also gave us a lovely surprise...the biggest blow out of all time. Knowing me of course I did not bring an extra set of clothes, so she ended up just wearing her bunting for the rest of the day which luckily she had lots of layers and it only got slightly soiled.

Watching the horses.
Bryce Point was my favorite view point. All the Hoodoos were breathtaking.
Out of all the National Parks that I have been to recently, I have to say that Bryce Canyon is one of the most beautiful!

We had a lot of fun driving around and looking at the beauty of Bryce National Park.
