My Mom was able to come down and stay with us for a week after Baby B was born to help out.
It was so nice for Ben and I to have an extra helping hand and some great company!
It helped make the transition from one to two kids a little easier! I was able to nurse and bond with the little one while my mom would take Jo for walks, bike rides, and play with her. It also helped Ben get a little bit of work done preparing for the school year and he finished up painting in the girls room.
My Mom even brought the girls each a pair of puppy pajamas. She also brought Jo a great look and find book that she loves.
My Mom also made me some great freezer meals! Not to mention cleaning out my fridge...that was...well really no words to describe it. Thank you! She helped with laundry and countless other chores around the house. How did I get so lucky having such a helpful, loving Mother!
