Halloween 2016

 This year Jo was Princess Belle for Halloween. She was excited to dress up and told me that she needed slippers to wear with her Belle dress. She picked out her black church shoes with flowers on them because they matched her flowers on her dress.

Jo found her plastic pumpkin clear back in August and since then has brought up on and off that she wants to get treats in her pumpkin. I swear this girl's memory is amazing, the things she remembers!

 Finally after months of anticipation it was time for this girl to go Trick or Treating. She was ecstatic. It was pretty easy to get pictures of her smiling, her huge grin was priceless.

She ran up to everyone's homes and would yell out trick or treat and run back to us yelling, "I got another treat". At the end she just wanted to stick her little fist into their bowl and pull out a treat herself. We had to remind her a few times to be polite and say Thank you.

 Bridget was a little angel in the stroller. She was awake the entire time and never even let out a peep, she was just content looking around at everyone in their costumes.

 After an hour of trick or treating Jo was done. She got a pretty good haul and immediately started eating her candy when we got home. We told her we were going out to dinner and she said, "No, I don't want dinner. I just want to eat candy". However, we went anyway and she ate a pretty good amount of mac and cheese. Our waitress was dressed up as a clown. Jo told her how much she liked her clown hair. Jo ordered her own dinner, she told the waitress she wanted water with lots of ice. The lady was very impressed with Jo and when we were getting ready to leave she gave Jo her ladybug balloon bracelet. On the way home Jo bit the poor lady bug's head and popped it. So, here is a picture of her with a messy face and a lady bug with no head.
